    2. Eggcellent Start: Heat up the coconut oil and fry those eggs until they're soft and runny. Set it aside for later! Don't toss that leftover oil from frying those eggs! Use it to for the next step.

    3. Building that Flavor Base: Using the leftover oil, fry your chopped garlic and onions until they're nice and fragrant. Feeling a little dry? Add a touch more oil to keep things happy.

    4. Add Your Protein: Next, add your chopped chicken thigh meat and cook till the meat is tender. Season with a dash of soy sauce and pepper, depending on your preference!

    5. Saucy Showdown: Now comes the fun part - cranking up the flavor! Add the fresh tomatoes in, pop a lid on that pan and wait for it to reach a boil. You want the tomato juices to form the first part of the yummy sauce.

    6. Condiments, condiments, condiments: Add the fried taukee with fish paste, followed by the beansprouts, and let them cook. Now wait for everything simmer and thicken up beautifully. Tip: Aunty Hong gets her from the regular supermarket, Fairprice!
